- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are offered for incorrect or unacceptable orders only. Claims should be raised within 2 hours of delivery or receipt of the order.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us via our contact page, and our team will assist you. Please provide proof of purchase and details about the issue to facilitate a smooth process.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not available for orders placed incorrectly by customers or for items consumed substantially.
- Changes to Refund Policy: Sree Amaravathi Restaurant reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and the changes will be updated here.
