Refund-and-Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are offered for incorrect or unacceptable orders only. Claims should be raised within 2 hours of delivery or receipt of the order.
  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us via our contact page, and our team will assist you. Please provide proof of purchase and details about the issue to facilitate a smooth process.
  3. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Refunds are not available for orders placed incorrectly by customers or for items consumed substantially.
  5. Changes to Refund Policy: Sree Amaravathi Restaurant reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and the changes will be updated here.
